About AOGA
St Mary's Ascot is a leading Roman Catholic girls' boarding school set in 55 acres of beautiful grounds in the heart of Berkshire. Highly successful in terms of academic results and achievement, St Mary's is also rooted in a strong faith and mission, nurturing the intellectual, spiritual and personal development of girls and women within the context of the Catholic boarding school.

The Ascot Old Girls Association (AOGA) is a thriving network comprising some 2000 Old Girls based across the United Kingdom and in 55 countries worldwide.

All Upper VI pupils are invited to join the Association as they prepare to leave St Mary's and we are proud to have, at the other end of the age spectrum, Old Girls who are now over one hundred years old!

The AOGA, which is co-ordinated by a Committee, aims to offer its members a number of benefits. These include:
  • A varied calendar of events and reunions which enable Old Girls to stay in touch with each other.
  • An Old Girls Network which will soon rival any Old Boys Network! The AOGA career database and the Ambassador Scheme allow Old Girls to connect with one another thereby opening up a vast array of interests, personal introductions and career choices.
  • The AOGA Gallery located in the corridor adjacent to the Front Entrance and Chapel, aims to celebrate the varied lives of Old Girls of all ages and enables them to share their memories of their time at St Mary's with current pupils.
  • Ties with current pupils are strengthened through Old Girl's career talks as well as the provision of work experience opportunities.
  • Old Girls - living and dead - are remembered in prayers and Masses said especially for them.
